Recently, I’ve been using MHelpdesk Mobile on my iPad a lot. In fact, I’ve been using it more than the desktop version. One reason I prefer the mobile version over the desktop version is because the jobs are grouped by status.
Over the weekend, we released a new “Assigned To Me Dashboard”. You can check it out by going to Jobs> Assigned To Me.

I find it easier to view my tasks by status. For me, the most important items are things that are Open: Scheduled For Today. With the new view, I can see exactly what I’m working on today without having to filter the entire list or sort.
